Quality Control to Improve Mail and Production Environments

In every mail and production environment, there are improvements that could grow productivity and decrease errors. However, the task to create any Quality Control process can be daunting! Join your fellow MSMA community for our first meeting of 2010! Shawn Lang and a team of Quality Control Experts from DST Output will share the HOW, WHEN, WHERE, and WHY of Quality Control programs. They will discuss lessons learned as they recently overhauled their production areas to achieve the prestigious MPTQM (Mail Preparation Total Quality Management) status with the United States Postal Service.

Bring a member of your team or others who can benefit from a deeper understanding of Quality Control programs. Your guest(S) is a small additional $10 registration – what a deal!
