How to influence others in the Organization

How to do more with less

Influencing and Leading People

There are always two choices: either you persuade others to help you or you are persuaded to help them.  It is one or the other.  Every human interaction involves a complex process of persuasion and influence.   Our job requires us to influence people, whether it’s the members of your team, your peers or your boss.  Join us as we discuss the topic of “influencing others.”  We’ll take a look at three different scenarios:

  • Best Practices for Influencing the Members of Your Team
  • How to Influence up the Corporate Ladder
  • The 360 Degree Manager

Bring a member of your team or others who can benefit from the discussion.   Your guest(S) is a small additional $10 registration – what a deal!

This will be a meeting you won’t want to miss!

Hurry! Registration must be received by Wednesday, September 1st, 2010.

Parking Instructions: You can park in any open parking space that does not have a sign designating that it is for someone specific.  There are some parking spots marked Visitors, but probably not enough for everyone.  However, there is ample parking space for everyone in non-designated spots.
